Shipping

Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?

 A: Processing time is typically 2-3 days. Your order will then be batched and shipped. Orders typically ship on Friday/Saturday of the week they are placed, IF they are submitted Monday-Thursday (by 5p PT). If orders are submitted outside of that timeframe, they will go out the following week. Delivery time within the United States is typically 4-7 business days. 

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A:  No, at this time we only ship within the U.S. and Canada. 

Q: What carrier do you use?

A: Our products are currently sent through a variety of shipping companies (FedEx, UPS, and USPS). For this reason, shipping rates can vary, dependent upon the carrier. Our goal is to get the products in your hands as quickly and efficiently as possible.

 

Q: Where can I find my tracking information?

A: The tracking number will automatically be sent to the email you provide. Once your order ships to the physical address provided when you place your order. You can also view your shipments directly in your account if you've joined as a member.
